Dads care

Recommended by GP to help care for my dad’s legs. Initial meeting with CK2 at my dad’s home. Explained this was first use of care help and that my dad reluctant to have help although much needed. Also we were unsure how to navigate the use of care and what it involved. We were given a lot of guidance, understanding and empathy for my dad as well as advice on other agencies which may be of help. My dad has been helped by CK2 since May 25 3 times a week and through patience of the staff he is now happy to accept the help. My dad’s overall well being has improved and this with the help of all staff is a great relief to us. The communication via the app is brilliant as I do not live close to my dad and they were very quick to refer to the local District Nurse when they noticed he needed help with some medical issues. Care is provided with compassion and respect and the individual needs and circumstances of my dad are at the forefront of this.

Hello Kelly, Clare and all at CK2Care I would be very grateful if you could pass on my thanks to all of your colleagues who took care of my dad over the past weeks when he started to deteriorate greatly. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend those last couple of weeks with dad and was able to witness first hand the wonderful care he received. Their compassion and professionalism was right until the end was so very much appreciated by myself and Sarah and all of our family.

Christmas 2023

I just wanted to thank everyone for giving up their time on Christmas Day to cook and deliver the lovely meal I had brought to me. It was so delicious and more than enough so I kept half for Boxing Day. As my Family were away for the holiday it was much appreciated. Thank you all once again,

Good Morning, I do not know who to address this to personally, so please ensure that all involved get to see this please. My name is CW, I live in Perth, Western Australia and I just wanted to pass on my heartfelt thanks for all the care you give my Dad, Walter. But more than that, you made his day with his Christmas Dinner that you treated him to – it made him so happy and it was so nice to know that he got to see and speak to someone on Christmas Day. I cannot thank you enough as it is so difficult living so far away and being his only child. Hope all your staff have had a lovely Christmas and wishing you good health and happiness for 2024.
